First Freedom Student Competition
Deadline is 11/12/12 for online submission, 11/26/12 for mail-in postmark. Open to students in grades 9 - 12. Two $2,500 awards. National essay and video contest examining the history and current-day relevance of religious freedom.

Arts for Life! annually awards $1,000 scholarships to 25 graduating high school seniors who demonstrate excellence in visual art, music, dance, drama or creative writing. Launched by former First Lady Columba Bush in 1999, the program has awarded scholarships to more than 325 gifted high school seniors.
Students must submit a completed application, a brief essay explaining "How the arts have positively influenced their life" and a portfolio of work in visual art, music, dance, drama or creative writing. Application Deadline: February 1, 2013
AXA Achievement - $2,000 - $25,000

Florida Engineering Foundation High School Scholarship Applications
